We had an amazing stay at the top of the tower, in a beautiful apartment named Il Miraggio. the staff were incredibly friendly and the apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped. the best part was the open-air terrace and the huge window with a panoramic view of the city. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. We can't wait to save up and come back again!
Nothing to complain about at all! 😊.

It was located in a great area near to Florence and attraction, Liked the bed, it was exceptionally comfortable and had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. During the stay everything was great and I got wake up service as a compliment. Caring staff, and amazing as well.

Loved the medieval tower vibe, but sharing it with other guests was a treat. The concierge kindly had me clean my own room and do my own laundry - so inclusive!
Oh, how I missed an elevator to the third floor and the joy of mopping up the flooded bathroom. Splendid!

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The attention to detail in the design made me feel right at home. The general areas were comfortably furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I was delighted to find that the hotel was easily accessible with no steep stairs or difficult pathways to navigate.
I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized outings or social events where we could meet and connect with other seniors.

Superb views of the city from the flat and beautiful terrace. Well-equipped kitchen and effective coffee machine.- Close proximity to Ponte Vecchio and easy access to the main town
The apartment is located up a hill, making it difficult to access with luggage. Limited parking options, resulting in additional expenses.

The rooms are beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the breathtaking panoramic view from the private rooftop terrace or massive picture windows will leave you in awe.
